A user sends a job to a shared queue, then authenticates at a compatible multifunction device using a card, username, PIN or other configured method. PaperCut MF releases the selected job only after authentication, while Find-Me Printing lets the user collect it from another authorised device on the network.

Yes. PaperCut MF can record and report printing and off-the-glass activity at compatible multifunction devices, including copies, scans and faxes. Reports can be organised by user, department, device, project or cost centre to improve accountability and internal cost allocation.
