Our Service Department’s commitment to you does not end once the product has been sold and delivered. For us, it starts the moment we install your product all the way until its end of life. Through our team of professional service engineers we deliver a program of support based on quality, reliability and quick response time.

Our Service Engineers have been trained at various Training Centers in the Middle East and Europe in order to enable us to provide you with the best service support possible whenever and wherever you may need it.

  • For our VIP customers we have a target response time of 3 – 4 working hours.
  • Our service network spans the entire UAE. We have and continue to offer after sales service and support for our clients in remote locations such as: Silaa, Habshan, Ruwais, Ghweifat, Das Island and even on the oil rigs out at sea.
