The Epson SureColor SC-P7500 is a professional 24-inch photo and fine-art printer for professional photography, fine art, proofing and premium posters up to 24 inches wide. It is designed for colour-critical image production rather than routine office documents or high-volume monochrome CAD drawings.
The Epson P7500 prints up to the A1+ class at a maximum width of 24 inches. The exact printable area, borderless options and available length depend on the selected sheet or roll path and chosen media.
The SC-P7500 offers resolution up to 1,200 × 2,400 dpi. Final photographic quality also depends on the ink set, media profile, source file, colour management and viewing conditions.
The P7500 uses 12-colour UltraChrome Pro12 pigment ink in 700 ml cartridges. With suitable media and a colour-managed workflow, the wide-gamut 12-colour ink set can reproduce up to 99% of the Pantone Solid Coated range. Correct media profiles and a controlled colour workflow are important when repeatability and client-approved colour are required.
The P7500 handles roll and sheet media from 0.08 to 1.5 mm thick. Use the correct loading path for the selected paper, canvas or rigid-media thickness, roll core and surface coating.
The SC-P7500 supports USB and Gigabit Ethernet, with optional Adobe PostScript for compatible production workflows. For reliable colour, use a colour-managed workstation, calibrated display, correct ICC profiles and a stable network connection.
The SC-P7500 is a 24-inch/A1+ model. The SC-P9500 uses the same 12-colour concept at 44 inches for larger exhibition, proofing and poster work.
