Thunder AccuMetal 51

The AccuMetal 51 is designed to process commonly used metals including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium alloy, brass, copper and galvanized sheet. Actual cutting capability depends on the material grade, thickness, laser power, assist gas and required edge quality.

The Thunder AccuMetal 51 is available with 1,500W and 3,000W fiber laser configurations. The appropriate laser power depends on the materials being processed, typical material thicknesses, required cutting quality and production requirements.

The AccuMetal 51 has a 1,300 x 1,300mm working area, providing substantially more processing space than the AccuMetal 24. The larger work area is suitable for larger metal components, larger sheets and more efficient batch layouts.

Yes. The AccuMetal 51 incorporates front-to-rear pass-through capability, allowing long material to extend beyond the standard working area. This provides additional flexibility when processing metal components longer than the cutting bed.

Dynamic Real-Time Height Following Focus Control automatically adjusts the cutting head according to the material surface and programmed cutting parameters. This helps maintain the correct cutting distance and supports stable and consistent metal cutting.

The Thunder AccuMetal 51 supports air, nitrogen and oxygen as assist gases. The appropriate assist gas depends on the metal being processed, material thickness, cutting parameters and required edge finish.

Yes. A camera is available as an optional configuration, and rotary processing is supported with the appropriate optional rotary setup. The required configuration should be confirmed according to the intended application.

No. The machine incorporates an industrial computer with a 21.5-inch LCD display, mouse and keyboard for machine operation, job setup and processing control, so a separate external computer is not normally required for operating the machine.
