The Thunder Titan 27 is a commercial RF CO₂ laser machine for cutting, engraving and marking. Available in 50W–120W configurations, it suits businesses producing signage, personalised gifts, displays, packaging and custom components.
The machine can cut and engrave wood, acrylic, paper and suitable laser-safe leather, fabric and rubber. It can also engrave surfaces such as glass, ceramic, slate and marble. The appropriate process and settings depend on the material.
The Titan 27 provides a 700 × 500 mm working area with 230 mm of vertical working depth. This accommodates individual workpieces or multiple smaller items arranged for batch production.
Yes. The pass-through opening accepts material up to 700 mm wide and 65 mm high. Longer boards and panels can extend through the machine and be repositioned to process successive sections.
The Titan 27 has a maximum engraving speed of 3,000 mm/s. Actual job speed depends on the artwork, material, engraving depth and finish required. Cutting uses different settings and operates at lower speeds.
Yes. With the optional 1.5-inch lens, it supports engraving resolutions up to 2,000 dpi. Suitable artwork, accurate focus and tested settings help reproduce photographs, small text and detailed graphics.
Yes. Built-in autofocus helps establish the correct focal distance, while two 5 MP cameras assist with artwork positioning and alignment. These features help operators prepare jobs with less manual adjustment.
Yes. A compatible rotary attachment enables engraving around suitable cylindrical objects, including glasses, bottles and coated tumblers. Compatibility depends on the object’s dimensions, shape, material and surface finish.
The Titan 27 works with LaserMaker, LightBurn and RDWorks. Connection options include Wi-Fi, Ethernet and USB, with USB flash memory also supported for transferring prepared jobs.
Its CO₂ laser can mark suitable coated or anodised metals by removing the surface finish. It is not designed for metal cutting or direct deep engraving into bare metal. Those applications require an appropriate fiber laser system.
