Thunder Titan 35

The Titan 35 can cut and engrave wood, acrylic, paper, cardboard and suitable laser-safe leather, fabric and rubber. It can also surface engrave glass, ceramic, slate and marble. Material composition, thickness and the required finish determine the appropriate settings.

The Titan 35 has a 900 × 600 mm working area with 230 mm of vertical working depth. Its larger bed accommodates wider workpieces and provides more room to arrange multiple smaller products for batch production.

Yes. Its pass-through opening accommodates material up to 900 mm wide and 65 mm high. Longer boards and panels can extend through the machine and be repositioned to process successive sections beyond the standard bed length.

The Titan 35 supports a maximum engraving speed of 3,000 mm/s. Actual processing speed depends on the material, artwork, engraving depth and required finish. Cutting operates at lower speeds using settings appropriate to the material and thickness.

Yes. With the optional 1.5-inch lens, the machine supports engraving resolutions up to 2,000 dpi. Correct image preparation, focus and material settings help reproduce photographs, small lettering, logos and detailed graphics.

Yes. Built-in autofocus helps establish the correct focal distance. Two 5 MP cameras assist with artwork positioning and job alignment, helping operators prepare workpieces and repeat production layouts more efficiently.

Yes. A compatible rotary attachment allows the machine to engrave suitable cylindrical products, including bottles, glasses and coated tumblers. The object’s dimensions, shape, material and surface finish determine its suitability for processing.

The Titan 35 supports LaserMaker, LightBurn and RDWorks. It offers Wi-Fi, Ethernet and USB connectivity, while USB flash memory can also be used to transfer prepared jobs to the machine.

The CO₂ laser can mark suitable coated or anodised metals by removing the surface finish. The Titan 35 is not designed for cutting metal or deep engraving directly into bare metal. Those applications require an appropriate fiber laser system.
