The Thunder Titan 63 is a large-format RF CO₂ laser machine for commercial cutting, engraving and marking, with configurable power options from 50W to 120W. It suits businesses producing large signs, display panels, decorative products, packaging and custom components.
The Titan 63 can cut and engrave wood, MDF, acrylic, paper, cardboard and suitable laser-safe leather, fabric and rubber. It can also surface engrave glass, ceramic, slate and marble. Material composition, thickness and the required finish determine the appropriate processing settings.
The Titan 63 provides a 1,600 × 1,000 mm working area with 230 mm of vertical working depth. Its spacious bed accommodates larger workpieces and allows multiple smaller products to be arranged together for batch production.
Yes. Its pass-through opening accepts material up to 1,600 mm wide and 65 mm high. Longer boards and panels can extend through the machine and be repositioned to process successive sections beyond the standard working area.
The Titan 63 supports a maximum engraving speed of 3,000 mm/s. Actual job time depends on the artwork, layout, material, engraving depth and required finish. Cutting operates at lower speeds using settings appropriate to the material and thickness.
Yes. With the optional 1.5-inch lens, the machine supports engraving resolutions up to 2,000 dpi. Correct image preparation, accurate focus and tested material settings help reproduce photographs, small lettering, logos and detailed graphics.
Yes. The Titan 63 includes built-in autofocus and three 5 MP cameras. Autofocus helps establish the correct focal distance, while the cameras assist with work-area viewing, artwork positioning and job alignment across the larger bed.
Yes. A compatible rotary attachment enables engraving on suitable cylindrical items, including bottles, glasses and coated tumblers. The object’s dimensions, shape, material and surface finish determine its suitability for processing.
The Titan 63 supports LaserMaker, LightBurn and RDWorks. Connection options include Wi-Fi, Ethernet and USB, while USB flash memory can also be used to transfer prepared jobs to the machine.
Its CO₂ laser can mark suitable coated or anodised metals by removing the surface finish. The Titan 63 is not designed for cutting metal or deep engraving directly into bare metal. These applications require an appropriate fiber laser system.
