A4 Color Laser Printer

One of the most popular brands for an A4 Color Laser Printer is undoubtedly HP. With a long history of success in A4 printers, and a color print quality which is almost unmatched by other brands it is the product of choice for many individuals and companies alike. I would say that two of the most successful models are the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 3303sdw / 3303fdw and the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 4303dw / 4303fdw. 

The HP 3303sdw is a 25ppm high quality laser printer with printing, copying and scanning functionality. WiFi and Ethernet connectivity are built in and you can also print from your mobile (Android and iOS). The machine is also compact measuring only 418 x 419 x 341 mm (W x D x H).

The HP 4303dw is the higher end version of the above model with a print speed of 33pm and a higher duty cycle of up to 4,000 pages per month. Scan speed is also much higher at 29ppm. The main difference between the 4304dw and 4303fdw is that the latter has a built in fax as well as duplex scanning.

A4 Color Inkjet Printer

When it comes to inkjet printing technology, Epson stands out as a market leader having sold over 100 Million ecoTank printers worldwide. The greatest advantage of inkjet printing technology is the cost per print with a Black and White A4 print costing around Aed 0.013 / (1.3 fils) and a Color A4 print costing around Aed 0.05 / (5 fils). 

A common misconception about inkjet printers is that the ink will dry and damage the printhead. This however is not true as with proper care and maintenance / service, inkjet printers can live up to 5 years and more. As a simple example we offer 3 years parts warranty on the Epson L6580 which is an inkjet business model.

The Epson L6580 is a 25ppm A4 Color inkjet printer with printing, scanning and copying functionality. It has a print resolution of 4,800 x 2,400 dpi and can print on media up to 255gsm thick. It comes with 2 x 250 sheet paper trays and an Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) for fast duplex scanning. Additionally this model is a pigment based inkjet machine, so the ink will not smudge on your printouts. Lastly it has a compact design and measures only 42.5 x 50.0 x 35.0 cm (W x D x H) thus allowing you to fit it in tight spaces.

Two other very popular A4 Color Inkjet Printer models from Epson are the EM-C800RDWF and WF-C5890. These are from the WorkForce Pro Series product line and can handle higher duty cycles while also having higher capacity ink cartridges.
